Please read carefully all information given below, and elsewhere on the “Admissions” page, before attempting to fill-up the Registration Form.

There is only one type of Registration Form for both - DPS Coimbatore students and candidates from other schools.

Form

This form is meant for DPS Coimbatore and Non-DPS Coimbatore candidates who shall be passing Class X from a recognised board in academic session 2024-25.

1. Fields marked with a star are mandatory.
2. Update all fields that are blank. Ensure all information is correct.
3. Before selecting the two subject / stream preferences, you must read the options offered by the school. Once you have chosen both options and submitted the Form, it cannot be changed. Also, you cannot select the same option in both the preferences.
4. School Transport is compulsory for students of Classes XI & XII, except for students residing in Supervision Areas designated by School. Request for supervision facility from other areas will not be entertained and provisional admission will be cancelled. The list of bus stops is given on our website under a separate link.
5. Click on “Submit” button. In case any field is left blank, you will get an error message and will be directed to fill the relevant field. Once all fields are correctly filled up, check once again and click on “Submit”.
6. Thereafter, you will be taken to the Payment Gateway. Read “Guidelines-Making Online Payment”. Ensure that your payment – Debit/Credit Card/Net banking – information is ready.
7. After successful payment, an email as well as an SMS will be sent. You should retain the message as it will have the Registration Number mentioned. A copy of the filled up Form will also be sent in the email. You need not take a print of this form.
8. In case of failure to make the payment online, go back to the Registration Form link and click on - “Proceed for Payment if Registration Form already filled”, given at the top right. Fill up the 10-digit Application Form Number and proceed to pay.
9. If no Email is received, you must check the Junk / Spam Folder.
10. The School will not be responsible for non-receipt of any email / SMS due to wrong data furnished in the Application Form.
11. Another email shall be sent after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, with complete details on the remaining process. If no email is received, you should email us by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2024.
12. The date and time allotted for the written test and interaction (as applicable), will, under no circumstances, be changed. Candidate must be accompanied by both parents for the interaction, which will be held at School.
14. Admission results will be emailed to all candidates as given in the Admission Schedule.

Admission Formalities (only for Non-DPS candidates)

Follow strictly the instructions mentioned in the Pre-Admission Checklist sent as a part of the result email.

Payment should be made as per instructions given in the Admission Result mail.
Classes will commence from the date given in the Admission Schedule.

IMPORTANT:

1. The School Administration reserves the right to offer admission to suitable candidates only, since there are limited seats in all streams.
2. Options / Streams will be available subject to sufficient number of applications.

4. All Fees paid during the provisional admissions process are non-refundable.
5. ADMISSION TO CLASS XI IS PROVISIONAL TILL THE STUDENT PASSES IN THE CLASS X BOARD EXAM.
